Each accommodation offers independent access through a numeric keypad, video intercom, and a closed-circuit surveillance system, ensuring maximum security and autonomy. Our Suites
Suite Venus
A 23 sqm double bedroom located on the raised ground floor, featuring a private bathroom with a spacious extra-large shower and a veranda equipped with a garden seating area.
Suite Etna
An 80 sqm apartment on the raised ground floor that includes a double bedroom, kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suite with a whirlpool tub, while the other has a shower and laundry area.
Suite Nebrodi
A 23 sqm room on the first floor, with a private bathroom (extra-large shower) and a large veranda with a garden set and umbrella.
Suite Isola Bella
A 35 sqm apartment on the second floor, comprising a bedroom, kitchen, private bathroom, veranda, and terrace with sea views, as well as an outdoor seating area and sun loungers.

About 1 kilometer away are the University of Messina - Papardo Campus (which includes the faculties of Veterinary Medicine, Computer Science, Biology, Engineering, and Mathematical, Physical, and Natural Sciences), Papardo Hospital, and the IOMI – “Franco Scalabrino” Orthopedic Institute, as well as the scenic Ganzirri Lakes. Approximately 2 kilometers away lies the must-visit Capo Peloro Nature Reserve, recognized by National Geographic as one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy.
